Event Terms

The experience is limited to 30 guests in total. Places are allocated by guest count, not by reservation.
Each reservation may include up to four guests, subject to availability.
The rooftop opens at 16:00 for drinks and warm-up. The eclipse experience begins at 18:00. Guests are asked to arrive before the eclipse begins at 18:39.
Certified eclipse viewing glasses are not included in the reservation and will be available for purchase at the rooftop, subject to availability.
The event takes place regardless of cloud cover unless the hotel communicates otherwise.
If you can no longer attend, please contact the hotel as soon as possible so your place can be released to another guest.
